Green time for your brain

Lovely infographic. I agree that getting outdoors, spending time with nature and gardening is all great for our wellbeing. I don’t currently have my own garden but I make sure I get outside to parks lots and instead of gardening, I’ve filled my place with houseplants. I find it really improves the atmosphere in my home by having lots of green around the place. It’s rewarding to see them grow and I’ve enjoyed propagating new plants from offshoots. It’s also quite calming to go round and attend to my plants, getting rid of dried leaves, potting them on and of course watering them. So yeah, if you have access to a garden get outside and enjoy it. Otherwise try some…
